We bid in a variety of ways depending on size of building, frequency of cleaning, intensity of work involved and amount of labor needed. We also bid via square foot pricing for office space in buildings over 50,000 square feet. Most of our bids generate a monthly price which is billed 12 times per year.

It all depends on the needs of the customer. Most buildings are at least 5-6 days per week. Many facilities are cleaned 365 days per year! Some buildings are cleaned once per week or semi-weekly and others 3-4 times. There is no right or wrong answer. It all depends on your organization's budget and service needs.
